Volvo and the relevant authorised Volvo retailer will decide whether to repair or replace the components at their discretion. It is also transferable to any subsequent registered owner of the vehicle.
The Volvo new car warranty does not in any way affect your statutory rights and gives you remedies, including arbitration in addition to those under any contract of sale.
